Your emails, keys, and contacts stay in your Gmail and your account.

How it works

Four steps take you from a list of creators to a report of published videos. Here's how each one works:

1

Find the right creators

Search 1.5M+ channels on YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok. Filter by games played, genre, platform, country, language, channel size, and how active they are. Every channel shows median views, true reach, posting frequency, and a contact email where the creator has published one. Save picks straight into a campaign.

What works: Sort by median views, not subscribers. A 40K channel with 15K median views beats a 400K channel with 8K. Start with creators who covered a comparable game in the last 90 days; recency matters more than lifetime history.

2

Send from your own Gmail, at volume

Connect every Google Workspace or Gmail account you own. Write a first email and two or three follow-ups, set the gaps, and the Portal sends on schedule, stops the moment a creator replies, and skips anyone who already claimed a key. Sends are spread across your mailboxes and through the day, each staying under its own daily cap, so you look like a person, not a bulk sender.

What works: Three touches: day 0, day 3, day 7. Never send more than 100–200 a day from one mailbox. Want to reach thousands at once? Connect several mailboxes across several domains and spread the volume.

3

Hand out keys without the back-and-forth

Paste your Steam, console, or mobile keys. Attach one to each email automatically, or give every creator a personal claim page so they take the key when they're ready and you see exactly who claimed and when.

What works: Conservative with keys? Send an opt-in email first and issue keys only to creators who reply. Want scale? Put an individual claim link in the first email: you only burn a key when it's claimed, and you keep track of every open and claim.

4

Watch it track itself

Sent, opened, replied, bounced, claimed: every creator's row updates on its own, and bounces get pulled from the sequence. When a creator who claimed a key publishes a video or stream featuring your game, the Portal finds it, attaches it to the campaign, and refreshes views, likes, comments, and concurrent viewers daily. Share the live report with your team or publisher.

What works: Judge at 30 days, not 7. About half the videos land in the first two weeks, the rest trickle in over the following month. Bounce rate above 5% on day one means pause and clean the list.

Benchmarks for organic key outreach

Typical ranges we see across campaigns run in the Portal for PC and console indie titles, with warmed Gmail mailboxes and a three-touch sequence. Use them to sanity-check your own numbers.

MetricTypical rangeWhat moves it
Open rate45% to 65%Mailbox health, a subject line with the game name and no marketing words
Reply rate, first email8% to 15%Relevance of the list, one clear ask, a key included
Reply rate, full 3-touch sequence18% to 30%Follow-ups roughly double first-email replies
Key claim rate (of contacted)10% to 20%Higher when the key is in the email; lower for larger channels
Coverage rate (video or stream, of keys claimed)45% to 65%Game quality and genre fit; measured at 30 days

Questions studios ask

Will Google flag my account for sending outreach from Gmail?

Not if you stay within normal sending limits and your domain has SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured. The Portal enforces a daily cap per mailbox and spreads sends through the day. The accounts that get flagged are the ones sending hundreds of identical emails in a burst from a new address.

Do you have emails for every creator?

No. We have contact emails for creators who publish one on their channel or in a public business profile. Coverage is highest on YouTube and lowest on TikTok. Where there is no email, the Portal shows the creator's public contact links so you can reach out another way.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your emails and replies are already in Gmail. Creator lists, campaigns, and results can be exported to CSV at any time, before or after you cancel.

Can I run paid campaigns in the same tool?

Yes. The same campaign view handles negotiated deals, contracts, and deliverables. This page covers the organic key workflow, which is where most studios start.

Can my publisher or PR agency see the campaign?

Yes. Invite them as viewers or collaborators on a campaign. They see the creator list, statuses, and results without access to your mailboxes.
